1. Abrasion resistance :the special formulation of the water-lineation coating
ensures the good adhesion between road surface and glass micro-beads, so it has
good abrasion and weather resistance.
2 . Use life :because of the strong adhesion and abrasion resistance of the whole
structure of the water-coating ,and the supporting system to glass micro-beads
, after laboratory testing to the abrasion and impact resistance and the actual
testing to the related road section ,in general the life is above 1.5 years in
city ,above 2 years in highway (the foreign standards of measuring the lineation's
life : recover the line when its reflectivity is below 100 DCM )
3. Reflecting effect : after lineation construction ,when the 1/3-1/2areas of
the glass micro-beads expose on the surface of the lineation ,the reflectivity of
the glass micro-beads can reach to 300 MCD .If choose the bloomed glass micro-beads
or high reflectivity glass micro-beads ,the reflection effects will be better.
The reflection effects is obviously better than hot -helting and solvent coating
especially at night or on rainy day ,which will give you a clean and feast
feel to your eyes ,that the night is as bright as daytime.
4. Dying time :in different climates ,the drying time of surface is 2-5 minutes
which maximally reduce the pollution of lineation and the time of closure road.
5. Environment protection :because of the solidity as high as 77percent(involatile
,mass percent ),small gas volatilization ,no content of hazardous solvent ,there
are no pollution to the environment during the production or construction.
6. Equipment or construction : during the construction, scientifically control
the spray time and pressure according to the thickness and drying speed of the coating
. Only the hand-push or truck-carried line-marking equipments which can adjust
the pressure and flow of spraying glass micro-beads can achieved perfect effects
. After construction ,the spray gun ,nozzle ,paint tank and other related
equipments must be cleaned .
