Detailed Product Description

1.Engine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled OHV
gasoline engine.
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system
with automatic brake device and flexible operated in forward, back off or stop
(HTS). The left and right back wheels are differential transmission devices
which make curve running and turning more convenient. The manual brake device
makes the running more safe.
3.Driving speed: Forward 0-4km/h, back off  0-4km/h.
4.Max climbing capability: 15°.
5. Pre-marking device: Equip with two actuating arms with working wheel which
can freely adjust the Pre-marking width. According to the requirements of
construction and on-the-spot condition ,choose to do 1-4 pre-marking lines
synchronously. The paint tank with automatic agitating device makes sure the
pre-marking work normal and easy. When stop working ,easily remove the working
arm and paint tank.
6.The technical parameters of primer sprayer device
a)Forcing pump: Piston pump with 0.2m2/min displacement ensures larger primer
flow and more stable pressure.
b)Flow: 3.5 L/min.
c)Primer storage pot: Pressure 0.8 Mpa. Equip with pressure safety valves. The
capacity is 75kg. There is a sieve in the feeding pot.
d) Spray gun: the new type spray gun controlled by brake handle owns hard side
columnar reverse wastewater nozzle (20/25),which makes the site discharging
very convenient and fast; the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line ollimated.

7.Chassis: Firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or sprayed
anti-corrosion coating, equip with imported bearing which ensures the whole
machine more lightsome and more convenient.
8.Rubber wheel : The left and right back wheels are gas-filled pressure
resistant vacuum wheels, whose diameters are 440mm the back stern wheels are
the special naturally modified rubber wheels with abrasion resistance, whose
diameter is190mm.
9.Front stern wheel guide arm: Lock the direction device on the front wheel
which can ensure road-marking machine freely operation in straight or twist
10.Guide rod: Freely adjust up, down, left, right.
11.Handle bar: the height can be adjusted according to the operator's need.
12.Size . Weight:1360mm(length,excluding the trailer and remove the
heightening device)*730mm(width)*1350mm(height,not excluding of working

Remarks: Besides the functions as DGN-I, TT-DGN-II has some functions as two-
omponent road marking machine (Various marking Bucket, glass beads spray
system and pneumatic agitating system).The size is basic same as DGN-I ,but
the weight is heavier than DGN-I 8.5kg
