The item TT-LSD-II is a light and high-tech remover, it adopts speciall alloy
steel knife which can remove the adhesieve material on the surface of asphalt,
concrete, quarry and terrazzo through turbin type knife. and it owns the
functions that the depth of removing is exact, each running switch can be
controlled automatically, self-propelled and the direction and speed can be
controlled at will. It can also be equiped with vacuum suction machine
according to the customers' demands. This kind of machine can be used for
engraving concavo groove on concrete and asphalt road, as well as removing the
convex, old marking and the common functions, such as engraving groove and
slot.

1.Engine: Japanese Robin or Honda 9Hp four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine,
or Japanese Yanmar or Germanic Hatz engine.
2.Milling cutter: Change different shape cutters to meet different surface.
Special cutter for concave engraving slot: it is suitable for milling concave
line slot on concrete or asphaltum surface.
3.Leave cutter: Unique eccentric cutter can treat deeper surface. The shaft
level can choose 4shafts/6shafts or 12shafts drum to pursuit best removal
effects.
4.Removal width:30cm(adjustable).

6.Function and features:
a. Engraving groove: Engrave concave groove out of emergency stopping line and
lane divider to produce concave-convex vibrating effect.
b. Removal marking: Quickly remove marking of cold plastic, thermoplastic,
adhesive tape and so on.
c.Milling or planing:It can be used for common engraving groove, slot and the
convex of asphaltum or concrete surface.
7.Wheel: The tyres of  the whole machine choose special abrasion resistant
modified rubber wheel.
