Self-Propelled Screeding Two-Component Road Marking Machine TT-SZF300-II

1. Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP hand operated/electric start
four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine (optional for electric start
gasoline/diesel engine and liquefied petroleum gas engine).
2. Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system
?HTS?with automatic brake device, which can be flexibly operated in forward,
backward and stop.
3. Driving speed: 0-4km/h forward; 0-3.2km/h backward.
4. Max climbing capability: 15°.
5. Paint tank: The tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation
resistant steel equipps with erect type hand (or pneumatic) stirring device.
Cubage: 65litre (about 120kg). The heating temperature can be freely controlled
from 0? to 300? according to the different kinds of paint choosen by the user.
6. Glass beads bin: equipped with window to check the quantity of glass beads
timely. Cubage: 15kg.
7. Glass bead dispenser: variable automatic quantitative dispenser synchronous
with the paint screeding system, ensuring glass bead dispensing more regularly
and economically.
8. Chassis: firm welding frame with surface chrome-plated or high-temperature
coated treatment; equipped with high-speed imported axletree to ensure the
whole machine more light and flexible.
9. Marking bucket: stainless steel hopper equipped with paint and curing agent
auto-stirring device in the top and special-processed centrifugal whirling
shaft. Standard equipment: buckets of 150mm and 200mm (optional for other sizes
selected by the user).
10. Tailing wheel orientator: locking tailing wheel orienting equipment,
ensuring the machine freely operated in straight and twist.
11. Marking width: Marking bucket can be changed for different sizes
(100/150/200/300mm) in accordance with the needs of the projects.
12. Marking thickness: adjusting the floor knife and convex height controller
to control the thickness (1.5-2.5mm) and convex height(3-7mm) of the base line.
13. Size. Weight: 1350mm(length)?910mm(width)?1100mm(height). Weight: 237kg
(excluding the gas tank, with marking bucket 150mm).
