Two-component Road Marking Machine

1.Engine :Japanese Robin 6.0Hp or Honda 5.5Hp four-stroke air-cooled gasoline
engine .
2.Driving system, speed and climbing ability: The parameters are same as those
of  TT-RYZ-I machine
3.Marking bucket :Stainless steel bucket ,the discharging port  opens and
closes smoothly. It equips with automatic stirrer of paint and curing agent on
the top and special treatment acentric shaft  at the bottom. Standard
specification is 150mm and 400mm(The other size of that machine can be applied
according to user).
4.Paint tank :Stainless steel tank ,capacity:50L
5.Glass beads bin :Bin with windows can check the quantity in bin in
time .Capacity :15L
6.Glass beads dispenser :Synchronous with swing system ,automatic definite
dispenser , makes dispensing even and more economic.
7.Parking system: The convenient foot control stop switch ,which can fix the
machine during the transporting and stopping construction, in order to protect
the machine. And we can put out the left glass beads completely to avoid the
left glass beads be wet
8.Chassis : Firm welding frame .Surface has been chrome-plated  .Equip with
high - speed type imported bearing, which makes the whole machine more
lightsome and convenient .
9.Front stern wheel guide arm: The parameters are same as those of TT-ST300
machine
10.Rubber wheel :Front and back wheels are all special abrasion resistance
modified rubber wheels ,wheels nave are all steel nave.The back wheel diameter
is 250mm and the front wheel diameter is 150mm.
11.Guide rod: Freely adjust up , down, left, right.
12.Alarming function:Flash lights with adjustable flicker frequency improves
the safety of road-marking construction.
13.Marking width: Change different specification bucket(100,150,200,300,400mm
and soon) if construction needs.
