Hand-push Cold Plastic Road  Marking Machine

1.  Engine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline
engine .
2.  Paint pump: The imported diaphragmatic high pressure air-free pump has big
flow and stable pressure, whose max pressure is 25mpa (working pressure is 10-
15mpa ) max flow: 4.5L/min.
3. Spray gun: The single new type manual spray gun owns hard side columnar
reverse wastewater nozzle (20/25), which makes the site discharging very
convenient and fast; the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line collimated. The
6m lengthening pipe which can be used for normal spraying, such as spraying
arrow-head, letter, pedestrian line and so on.
4.  Spraying width: 100-200mm.
5.  Chassis: Firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated,
galvanizated or sprayed coating with anti-corrosion treatment, equips with
imported high speed type  bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome
and convenient. The manual brake device provides convenience for stopping on
the slope.
6. Rubber wheel: The left, right back wheels are gas-filled pressure resistant
vacuum wheels,  whose diameters are 350mm; the front direction wheel is the
special naturally modified rubber wheel with abrasion resistance, whose
diameter is 190mm.
7.  Front wheel guide arm: The direction locking device controlled by the
brake handle ensures road-marking machine freely operated in straight or twist
8. Glass beads spray system: Equip with glass beads spray gun with adjustable
pressure and consumption of paint and snapin pressurized glass beads storage
bin, which make the spray evener.
9.Available paint: water based or cold solvent paint
10.Guide rod: Freely adjust up, down, left, right.
11.Coating pot: Use paint tank (option for special paint tank to improve the
work efficiency). There is an intake sieve in the feeding port.

Option for operator sitting chair to realize self-propelled function.
B type spray system is stainless steel, which is suitable for water based paint.
Except all the functions of B type ,C type equips with a micro-electric
control system, which consists of Micro-electric controller, on-off
coder ,electromagnet, special gun bracket and so on. This system can be set
four kinds of marking ways  according to the national road marking
standard ,and realized fully automatic control.
