Hand-push Cold Plastic Road  Marking Machine

1. Engine: Original imported Japanese Honda or Robin 13HP four-stroke air-
cooled gasoline engine .
2.Chassis :Firm welding frame ,whose surface has been settled by chrome-
plated, zinc-plated or painting treatment ,fix with high speed imported
bearing ,to make the whole machine more lightness.
3. Rubber wheel :Left and right back tyres are all gas filled vacuum
wheel ,diameter 350mm .Front guide tyre is special abrasion resistance
modified rubber tyre with the diameter 190mm.
4 .Front tyre guide arm:  Lock the front wheel direction device ,which  makes
sure the marking machine walking in straight line or turning freely.
5.Guide rod :Up, down ,left ,right freely adjustable .
6.Paint pump: Double New wheel hydraulic piston high pressure airless pumps
run stably, which are suitable for cold plastic road marking paint .Big flow,
stable  pressure. Max pressure 20mpa(working pressure 10-15mpa),single pump
max flow 9L/min.It can spray two colors marking, double-actual line, zebra
strpes and airport double-color line synchronously.
7.Paint tank (optional):The capacity is 80Kg.Fix with sieve inside ,and with
filter at feeding port fix .
8.Spray gun :Equip with three new type manual spray guns ,fix with hard side
columnar reverse wastewater nozzles(20/25 or 30/25), to make the site
discharge fast and easy .Non-arc nozzle makes the line straight .Hand brake
controller makes the change among single, double or three flexible discharging.
9 .Spray width :100-450mm.
10 .Size . Weight :1500 mm(length)x 760 mm(width)x 1040 mm(height)x 142kg
(not including of coating tank ).
Optional for operator sitting chair XT-II to realize self-propelled .
Optional for air-compressor, glass beads pressurized storage, glass beads
spray gun ,glass beads spray control system and stainless spray system to meet
the needs of water paint construction.
C type equips with a micro-electric control system, which consists of Micro-
electric controller, on-off coder ,electromagnet, special gun bracket and so
on. This system can be set four kinds of marking way according to the national
road marking standard ,and realized fully automatic control.
