Detailed Product Description

1. Engine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled OHV
gasoline engine.
2.Chassis: Firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or sprayed
anti-corrosion coating, equip with imported high-speed bearing which ensures
the whole machine  lightsome and more convenient.
3.Rubber wheel : The left and right back wheels are gas-filled vacuum wheels
with pressure resistant, whose diameters are 350mm; the directed stern wheel
is the special naturally modified rubber wheels with abrasion resistance,
whose diameter is 190mm.
4.Front  wheel  guide arm: The direction device can lock the front wheel
ensuring road-marking machine freely operation in straight or twist.
5.Guide rod: The telescopic guide rod can be freely adjusted to up, down, left
and right.
6. Light and alarm function: The prepared high illuminating lamps provide
convenience for the construction at night. The flash lights which can freely
adjust the flicker frequency largely improve the safety in construction .
7. Paint pump: The new type diaphragm high pressure air-free pump has big flow
and stable pressure, whose max pressure is 20mpa (working pressure is 10-15
Mpa ) Max flow: 8.5 L/min.
8. Paint tank: Capacity: 65L. There is a sieve in the tank ,and air in-take
sieve in the feeding port.
9.Spray gun: The double new type hand spray guns own hard side columnar
reverse wastewater nozzle (17/25), which makes the site discharging very
convenient and fast; the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line collimated. The
6m lengthening pipe which is installed with the machine can be used for
abnormal spray, such as spray arrow-head, character and so on.
10.Spray width: 100-450mm.
11. Glass beads spray system: The glass beads spray system can realize the
reflective effects of marking when spraying common marking.
12. Glass micro-beads bin: The bin with a window can check the quantity of
glass beads in time. The capacity  is 25kg

Option for line driver TT-ZT-II for operator to realize automatic function.
B type is stainless steel spray sytem ,which is suitable for water based
paint .
Except all the functions of B type ,C type equips with a micro-electric
control system,which consists of Micro-electric controller,on-off
coder ,electromagnet,special gun bracket and so on.This system can be set four
kinds of marking way according to the national road marking standard ,and
realized fully automatic control.
