Small Self-Propelled Cold Plastic Road Marking Machine

1.Engine: Original imported Honda or Robin 20Hp air-cooled gasoline engine.
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system
with automatic brake device, which can be freely operated to forward, back off
or stop(HTS);The left and right wheels with differential driving device make
the curve driving and turning flexible and convenient. The manual brake system
makes the running safer.
3.Driving speed: Forward: 0-22km/m; back off: 0-3km/h;
4.Max climbing capability: 15°.
5.Micro-electronic control system: This system has four-type marking ways
(also can makes personality design according to the standard of customer).
Spray gun controller can freely change the guns between the single and double
spray guns.
6.Chassis: Firm welding frame, and surface has been chrome-plated ,
galvanizated or sprayed coating with corrosion resistance, equip with high
speed type imported bearing to ensure the whole machine  lighter and more
convenient.
7.Rubber wheel: The left ,right ,front and back wheels are gas-filled pressure
resistance vacuum ones, the diameter is 400mm.
8.Guide rod: The guide rod is easy to operate, which can be freely adjusted to
up, down, left and right.
9.Illumination and alarming function: Install with high intensity illumination
lamp, which makes the work at night convenient . The alarming lamp with
adjustable flicker frequency greatly improves the safety of work at night.
10.Paint pump: Equip with single hydraulic piston high pressure airless pump ,
which makes sure the big flow and stable pressure. Max pressure 20Mpa(Working
pressure 10-15Mpa). Max flow:20L/min.
11.Paint tank: The capacity is 65L.There is sieve in the tank.
12.Spray gun: Equip with three new type pneumatic  spray guns and one hand
spray gun with lengthening pipe for spraying special sign like arrow and
letter. Hard side columnar reverse wastewater nozzle(30/20) makes the on-spot
discharging easy and convenient .The non-arc nozzle ensures the base line
collimated.
13.Available paint: for the spraying of cold solvent ,water based road marking
paint.
14.Spraying width:100-450mm.
15.Glass beads SPRAYER: The parameters are the same as that of  TT-DRZ-I.
16.Glass beads bin: Bin with windows can check the quantity of the glass beads
in time. The capacity is 25kg.
17.It can finish the pre-marking synchronous with marking line, which improve
efficiency double times.
