Detailed Product Description

1.Engine: The 30Hp water-cooled electric startup diesel engine with four-
cylinder inline, low noise and environmental protection, has  water
temperature, voltage and engine oil indication, whose max rotating speed is
3000r/min. The fuel tank's cubage: 50L.
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system
with automatic brake device, which can be freely operated in forward, back off
or stop(HTS).
3.Driving speed: Forward: 0-22km/h; back off: 0-12km/h; Max climbing capacity:
15°. 
4.Spray system :Equip with single hydraulic high-pressure airless piston pump
with flow 20L/min, and its max spraying pressure is 20Mpa.
5.Spray gun: Equip with three new type pneumatic spray guns and one hand spray
gun with lengthening pipes ,and install with hard side columnar reverse
wastewater nozzle(30/20).It can make the on-spot discharging easy and
convenient, and the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line collimated. According
to the needs of project, three spray guns can start at the same time. Spray
width:100-450mm.
6.Available paint:for the spraying of cold solvent ,water based road marking
paint.
7.Glass beads spraying system :The automatic definite quantity dispenser can
work synchronously with the paint spraying system, which ensures the
dispensing evener and more economical.
8.Glass micro-beads storage bin: Equip with one(or double)storage bin with
window, which can check the quantity of glass bead  (double bins make sure
continual spraying).The capacity of bin is 50kg.
9.Control system: Equip with TT-KZ200 Micro-electronic control system, which
can freely set the line type of single actual line ,double actual line and
other broken line. Accoding to the needs of customer it can update the other
function to make the road marking construction easy and convenient.
10.Chassis: Firm welding frame, four-wheel structure, as well as the gas-
filled pressure wheel with the diameter 480mm. There is a seat for the
operator, and the driver can freely control the directions by the hydraulic
steering-wheels; The stable brake system makes the running safer.
11.Paint tank :Equip with double paint tanks which are made of cold-rolling
oxidation resistant steel, and the capacity of single tank is 100kg.
12.The parameters of gun bracket and pre-marking system are the same as that
of TT-DCZ-I
13.Guide rod: The pulling type can be freely adjusted to up, down, left and
right.
14.Alarming function: Adjustable alarm lamp with flicker frequency together
with the electronic warning arrow on the machine (the arrow direction is
adjustable)improves the safety of road marking construction.
15.Transportation: Optional for the tilt-trailer (type:TT-TGC) device, easy
for the long distance transportation.
