1.Engine:42Hp water-cooled electric- startup diesel engine with four -
cylinder inline , low noise and environment protection has indication of water
temperature ,voltage and engine oil ,whose max rotated speed is
3000r/min .Fuel tank`s cubage :60L
2.Driving system : The original imported variable speed transmission system
with automatic brake device flexible operated in forward ?back off or stop
(HTS).
3.Driving speed:Forward:0-30km/h;back off:0-5km/h;Max climbing capacity:15°.
4.Paint pump: Equip with double hydraulic driven plunger pump. Max flow of
single pump:20L/min.Max spraying  pressure:20Mpa.
5.Paint tank: Double tanks ,capacity of each one :100kg.Equip with hydraulic
driven vertical vane type stirrer .There is sieve device in the discharging
port .
6.Spray gun :Equip with four new type air operated spray guns and lengthening
pipe hand spray gun ,with hard side columnar reverse wastewater nozzles, which
make the site discharging fast and easy .Non-arc nozzle makes the line
straight .Start four guns at the same time if construction needs .Spraying

7.Available paint:for the spraying of cold solvent ,water based  and two-

11.Chassis: Firm welding frame ,four wheel structure .The wheel are all gas
filled abrasion resistance wheels. Diameter:?520mm. Operator sit on the chair
to operate through hydraulic strengthen steering wheel( equips on left or
right according to the needs of customer) ,easy and freely .Stable brake
system makes the driving more safe.
12.Control system :Equip with TT - KZ 300 micro - electronic control
system .which can freely set the line type of single actual line ,double -
actual line and other broken line. According to the needs of customer, option
for the measure device for consumption of paint, total length and total square
and thickness which make the spraying work connvenient and fast. Spraying work
convenient and fast.
13.Gun bracket: Foldable bracket is equal distance to road surface .Spray
width freely adjust before or after construction work.
14.Pre-marker system: Synchronous with pre-marker  working ,greatly improves
the construction efficiency.
