Small Self-propelled Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine

1.Engine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline
engine (Option for electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or the
liquefied gas engine).
2.Marking bucket: The marking bucket body is weld by imported high
temperature, shock resistance, abrasion resistance and high strength steel
sheet which makes sure better sensibility and stability. The plinth is made of
imported oxidation, heat and abrasion resistance steel and adopts pneumatic
screeding structure, which makes the  structure more firm, no leak, more
regular marking head. The floor knife is made of  imported hard tungsten alloy
knife-head with viscidity and abrasion resistance and makes sure facile and
straight marking edge. The standard configuration of the bucket is 150mm
(Option for other according to the needs of customers ).
3.Paint tank: The heating preservation tank which is made of stainless steel
or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with a erect type hand
stirrer device. Capacity:120kg.The heating temperature can be freely
controlled (0-230)according to the different kinds of paint chosen by users.
4.Marking width and thickness: You can change different marking bucket with
different specifications (100, 150, 200, 300mm)according to the needs of
projects. The thickness can be freely adjusted in a regulated scope (1.5-
2.5mm) through adjusting the floor knife.
5.The technical indices and parameters of driving system, driving speed, max
climbing capability, fuel materials, heating system, chassis, glass beads bin,
glass beads dispenser, rubber wheels, back stern wheel guide arm, guide rod,
handle bar are the same as that of TT-RYZ-I road-marking machine.
6.Size. Weight:1200mm(length)*850mm(width) *1100mm(height). 230kg(excluding
the gas tank, with 150mm bucket).
